The $50 Signup Bonus is available to new customers who activate a TELUS or Koodo plan through NorthLink Connect. To qualify, you must: (a) be a new activation — not a renewal, plan change, or port between TELUS and Koodo under the same account; (b) remain on active service with no suspensions, cancellations, or port-outs for 30 consecutive days from activation; and (c) have registered your interest through NorthLink before or at the time of activation. The bonus applies to mobile, home internet, and home security activations. One bonus per new line. The $50 Amazon Gift Card is sent to your email within 14 business days after the 30-day period is confirmed clear.
When you refer someone using your personal referral code or link, and they activate a new TELUS or Koodo plan through NorthLink Connect, both you and your referred friend each receive a $50 Amazon Gift Card. The referrer (you) receives a $50 Amazon Gift Card for each successful referral. The referee (your friend) receives a $50 gift card as their signup bonus. Both bonuses are subject to the 30-day active requirement — no gift card is sent until the referred friend's plan has been active and in good standing for 30 consecutive days. Referral bonuses are tracked by the referral code provided at time of registration. Referrals not registered before activation do not qualify.
This requirement applies to every reward in this program — no exceptions.
A plan must be active, in good standing, and not suspended for 30 consecutive days starting from the activation date before any reward is paid out. "In good standing" means: payments are up to date, the line has not been ported out to another carrier, the plan has not been cancelled, and the account is not under suspension for any reason.
If any of the following happen before 30 days:
— The plan is cancelled → No reward for anyone
— The number is ported out → No reward for anyone
— The account is suspended (for non-payment or otherwise) → No reward for anyone
The 30-day clock starts on the date of activation, not the date of registration. NorthLink Connect will verify the 30-day status with the carrier before processing any reward payment. This rule exists because our commission from the carrier is also subject to the same clawback period.
Rewards are available to: new TELUS and Koodo activations only (not existing customers renewing or changing plans); individuals who are eligible for TELUS or Koodo service (subject to carrier credit approval); residents of Canada primarily served by NorthLink Connect. Customers who have previously activated through NorthLink within the last 12 months are not eligible for the signup bonus (but may still receive referral bonuses as a referrer). Corporate/business accounts are not eligible. NorthLink Connect reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
All rewards are fulfilled via $50 Amazon Gift Card sent to the email address on file. Gift cards are processed within 14 business days after the 30-day active period is confirmed. You must redeem the Amazon Gift Card within 12 months of it being issued. NorthLink Connect is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses provided by the recipient. Rewards are considered income and recipients are responsible for any applicable tax reporting in their jurisdiction.
Each person is eligible for a maximum of 10 referral bonus payouts per calendar month. There is no limit on the number of people you can refer overall — only on how many referral bonuses can be paid in a single month. Signup bonuses are limited to one per new line activated. Referral codes cannot be applied retroactively to activations that have already taken place. Self-referrals (referring yourself or a household member to collect both rewards) are not permitted and will result in disqualification from the program.
NorthLink Connect reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect rewards already confirmed as earned (i.e., where the 30-day period has already been completed). By participating, you agree to these terms and any future changes.
